Family Home Based Mental Health Technician

This is a Team oriented position. The qualified candidate would be responsible for providing team and individual therapy at home, school, or in the community. They would participate in coordination of care meetings and phone calls. This position also has a requirement to complete all documentation including treatment plans, reviews, and progress notes. Due to the nature of this position, it requires travel to family homes, transportation of consumers and non-traditional hours. With the non-traditional hours it allows some flexibility in the work day. There is an on call component scheduled on a rotating basis. This position also includes weekly supervision and extensive training through Philadelphia Child and Family Training Center.
